Course Description
This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for providing effective intervention and support for people experiencing mental health struggles or a mental health crisis.
This course is not a therapy or support session, nor a self-help course for mental health concerns. This course is designed to provide basic education about signs and symptoms of mental health issues, and how to use the CARE framework to render assistance to those who may be struggling or experiencing a crisis.
